"mpterra2" - the biggest map of Team Arena. Terrain-maps aren´t different to any other map, with few exceptions:

1.  the size of the lightvols is variable
2. some tga files  (fake cloud-shadows) need special handling (8bit, encoding a pure luminance channel)

The ugly sky has been fixed in meantime.
